Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise the financial management of the company
- Prepare annual budgets and ensure budget monitoring.
- To produce periodic financial statements and guarantee their reliability
- Ensure cash management and optimize financial flows
- Implement and monitor management control and reporting tools
- Analyze financial performance and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security and regulatory obligations
- Oversee relationships with banks, auditors and financial partners
- To supervise and coordinate the accounting and finance team
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Excellent mastery of accounting and tax standards
- Good knowledge of ERP tools and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Rigour, organizational skills and leadership
