6 Pence provides excellent Staff Outsourcing and HR Solutions and is currently looking for a Finance Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collects, interprets, and reviews financial information.
• Produces financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
• Develops strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
• Monitors and oversees the day-to-day activities of the Finance team.
• Monitors, applies, circulate all governmental portals or channel for new or modification on any legislations which have financial impact.
• Conducts organization internal audit and reports the findings to the stakeholders.
• Prepares Finance Team development plan.
• Manages and monitors metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Sets, monitors, ensures the achievement of the departmental objectives.
• Verifies, allocates, posts, and reconciles transactions.
• Analyzes financial information and summarizes financial status.
• Provides technical support and advice the Finance Team.
• Plans, assigns, and reviews Finance Team duties and responsibilities.
• Finalizing the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Follow up due payments with clients, vendors & service providers on overdue invoices and send reminders to accelerate the payment or collection of delinquent accounts.
• Develops business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensures all payments are processed within the timeline agreed with the respective client/supplier.
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, other statements & reports.
• Plans, coordinates and interacts with auditors to complete the audits on timely manner.
• Prepare & present reports to Management on weekly & monthly basis.
• Reviews and improves the finance system.
• Ensures timely submission of all financial reports to the concerned governmental and non-governmental bodies.
• Works toward 100% digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in the same field or related.
• Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles, auditing practices & procedures, applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Professional Qualification in Accounting is an advantage (CMA, CPA, CIA, CFA)
