Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support ECC Group s growth.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Oversee accounting, payroll, treasury, and day-to-day financial operations.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and compliance reports.
  • Track and analyze financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve financial efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in financial management, with proven leadership experience (preferably in the education or services industry).
  • Skills:
  • Strong financial planning, reporting, and compliance expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Advanced Excel, and financial modeling tools.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
