Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Analyze plant-level performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.

Cost Accounting & Inventory Control:

• Monitor and manage standard costing, bill of materials (BOM), and product costing.
• Analyze and control production costs, raw material usage, and variances.
• Oversee inventory valuation, stock movements, and periodic stock audits.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, import/export regulations, and industry-specific financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and optimize working capital requirements.

ERP and System Management:

• Utilize ERP systems (Oracle) for financial tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and production teams to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

Strategic Support:

• Provide financial insights to support investment decisions, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and cost-benefit analyses.
• Participate in strategic reviews of plant expansion, process improvement, or automation projects.
