Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
- CPA/CIMAUK or ACCA
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a finance management or similar role.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site (office-based) and adapt to changing business needs.
