Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
  • CPA/CIMAUK or ACCA
  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a finance management or similar role.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on-site (office-based) and adapt to changing business needs.
