Roles & Responsibilities

Job duties

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Monitor financial performance and analyze variances
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies
  • Manage cash flow, expenses, and financial risks
  • Supervise and support accounting and finance staff
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Provide financial advice to management to support business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and skills required for the job

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
