Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
  • Prepare annual financial statements.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in tax computations, returns, and filings.
  • Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • Working knowledge of ERP software Tally or Zoho Books.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of UAE Accounting (IFRS), UAE Corporate Tax, and VAT preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

Work Experience: 2 8 years in accounting or finance roles

Qualification: CA / CA Intermediate / B.Com / MBA (Finance)

Location Preference: Open to relocating to or currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
