Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Finance Manager | Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based industries such as construction, contracting, infrastructure, engineering, or logistics.

� Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee finance and accounting operations

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

  • Monitor project costing and profitability

  • Prepare financial reports and MIS

  • Ensure VAT compliance and audit coordination

  • Support commercial and operational teams with financial analysis

  • Strengthen internal controls and financial processes

� Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting

  • CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred

  • 5–8 years of UAE experience

  • Strong background in project accounting and cost control

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Dynamics, etc.)

  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills
