Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management protocols.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting regular audits to maintain transparency and integrity.
  • Lead the finance team in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and evaluating investment opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of strategic initiatives and operational changes.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital management, implementing strategies to enhance liquidity and financial stability.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and investors, to secure financing and favorable terms.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, developing initiatives that align with financial performance objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and economic factors, adapting financial strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA that demonstrate advanced financial knowledge and expertise.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience in a corporate or similar environment, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the industry of work relevant to the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards specific to the industry, ensuring adherence in all practices.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling for data analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly to stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency preferred for global operations or client interactions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
