Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial entries.
Perform bank reconciliations, monitor transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
Communicate confidently and professionally with bank officials regarding accounts, loans, statements, and financial queries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage payables, receivables, and invoicing.
Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation for all financial activities and ensure timely submission.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant (10 – 12 years).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong confidence when dealing with banks, auditors, and external parties.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, ERP systems).
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
