Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Egypt and support reporting for Saudi Arabia.

- Ensure accuracy of P&L statements and justification of balance sheet items.

- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audited financial statements.

2. Treasury & Cash Flow

- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and payment cycles.

- Supervise cash float processes and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.

3. Tax & Compliance

- Oversee preparation and submission of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns.

- Ensure timely and accurate Withholding Tax (WHT) filings.

- Manage monthly VAT returns and reconciliation.

- Supervise Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation and coordinate with external advisors.

4. Accounts Receivable / Payable

- Supervise AR/AP processes and aging reports.

- Ensure timely collections and payments, including reconciliation and follow-up.

5. Operational Finance Support

- Collaborate with project teams on cost allocation, inventory treatment, and customs duties.

- Support financial planning and analysis for business operations in both countries.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Manage a team of 3 4 accountants based in Egypt.

- Provide training, guidance, and performance oversight.

- Coordinate and lead with finance in Saudi Arabia.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.

- Strong command of financial reporting standards and tax regulations in Egypt (and Saudi Arabia is a plus)

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; Power BI is a plus.

- Fluent in Arabic and English.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
