Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial performance.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, addressing any findings or recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
