Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Finance Manager – KSA will play a strategic and operational role in managing the company’s financial health within the Kingdom. The role is responsible for ensuring robust financial control, efficient working capital management, and timely reporting. As AquaChemie expands its infrastructure in Jubail, the incumbent will be pivotal in coordinating with banks for new and existing facility requirements, supporting project financing, and ensuring smooth financial operations aligned with group objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for trade finance, project loans, and other credit facilities.
  • Support financing arrangements for the upcoming Jubail facility, including documentation, compliance, and disbursement follow-ups.
  • Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA tax laws, including VAT, Zakat, and withholding tax.
  • Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external and internal auditors.
  • Collaborate with the Country Head and HQ Finance team to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Manage administrative functions such as vendor payments, office expenses, and local regulatory renewals.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and implement internal controls in alignment with group finance policies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions and profitability targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in chemical trading, distribution, or manufacturing sectors within the GCC.
  • Proven expertise in trade and project finance, with experience in liaising with multiple banks.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and KSA financial regulations, including Zakat and VAT.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP HANA) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with regional and head office teams.
