We are looking for a commercially aware finance leader who can drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth through data-driven financial insights.

Candidates with experience in ERP transformation, finance process automation, and cross-functional stakeholder management will stand out.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a prestigious opportunity in Kuwait with one of our valued clients.

The ideal candidate must be a seasoned finance professional with 6 7 years of proven experience in Kuwait in a similar managerial role, possessing strong financial leadership, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning capabilities.

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 6 7 years of Kuwait experience in a similar Finance Manager position
  • Strong hands-on experience with span>Odoo ERP
  • Prior end-to-end Odoo implementation experience will be a strong advantage
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent will be highly preferred
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Arabic fluently
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, MIS reporting, forecasting, audits, and statutory compliance
  • Ability to join immediately
