Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance KPIs.
Manage cash flow, banking, payments, and treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Provide financial analysis to support commercial decisions (tenants, leases, retail performance).
Supervise and train the finance/accounting team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
5 8+ years of experience .
Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards, taxation, and cash-flow management.
Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
