Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

One of our clients at OUTSOURCY, a well-established group operating in the Retail & F&B sector in Tripoli, Libya.

Employment Type: Full-time
Days Off: One day per week
Salary: Up to 7,000 USD (Net)
Benefits: Medical insurance, transportation, and mobile allowance

:br> Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are highly preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance
At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager within Retail or F&B
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent command of English

Desired Candidate Profile
