One of the reputed Business Establishments in Bahrain is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Team

The ideal candidate will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that support business objectives.


  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy with accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risk.
  • Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and fostering professional development within the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and enhance financial efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow through effective forecasting and liquidity management to support operational needs.
  • Coordinate audits with external auditors, preparing documentation and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights for management decision-making and planning.
  • Utilize financial software and ERP systems to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accurate forecasting of financial performance.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, with Chartered Accountant certification is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a controllership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive financial and strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and experience with financial ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
