Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with Oman financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.

  • Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.

  • Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning activities.

  • Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.

  • Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis.

  • Monitor financial risks and ensure proper mitigation measures are in place.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Financial Management or a related field is mandatory.

  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with strong experience within Oman.

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of Oman financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.

  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, financial planning, and reporting skills.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
