Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate budgeting preparation, management, and monitoring.
  • Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management activities.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of financial reports.
  • Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Train new employees on financial operations.
  • Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated budget.
  • Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
  • Develop standard accounting procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in finance staff performance evaluations and development.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Conduct account reconciliations.
  • Generate financial reports related to budgets, payables, receivables, and expenses.
  • Develop accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues.
  • Oversee daily financial operations (payroll, invoicing, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain company financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Supervise and support staff to enhance performance.
  • Adhere to HSE policies and perform other duties assigned by senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (minimum)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in finance
  • ACCA certification preferred

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
