Job Description Finance Manager - OMAN

Our client, a well-established organization in Oman, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations and ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be strong in financial planning, accounts finalization, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounting functions for the clients Oman operations
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements & MIS reports
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis & variance reporting
  
• Ensure proper cash flow management, fund planning & expense control
  
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations & ledger management
  
• Oversee accounts finalization, audit coordination & statutory compliance
  
• Review financial data and provide insights to client management
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls & audit standards
  
• Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP (Tally/SAP/Dynamics)
  
• Guide and support the finance & accounts team
  

Requirements

• 6 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
  
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, MIS, financial reporting & cash flow
  
• Experienced in accounts finalization, statutory compliance & audits
  
• Skilled in bank/ledger reconciliation, AP/AR & month-end closing
  
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP (Tally/SAP/Dynamics)
  
• Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
  
• Ability to work independently and support senior management
