Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the company s finance and accounting operations.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
Oversee ERP-based financial systems and improve financial processes.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for business decision-making.
Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
Bachelor s degree in Accounting
Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
Minimum 3 years Qatar experience is mandatory
Prior experience in Construction / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas industry is required (Mandatory)
Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Should be available for immediate joining or 1 month notice
Should be locally available in Qatar
