Key Responsibilities:

• - Financial Reporting and Consolidation:
• Oversee the monthly closing of financial statements.
• Consolidate financial reports from various subsidiaries and assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• - Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
• - Treasury Management:
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company can meet its obligations.
• Optimize the use of financial resources and manage financial risks.
• - Audit Support:
• Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process.
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of required documentation and information.
• - Strategic Financial Planning:
• Support the Head of Finance in strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and investment decisions.

Asset/Subsidiary Level Responsibilities:

• - Financial Management:
• Oversee the financial operations of individual assets or subsidiaries.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting at the subsidiary level.
• - Cost Control and Efficiency:
• Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets.
• - Performance Analysis:
• Analyze financial performance and key metrics for each subsidiary.
• Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• - Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks at the subsidiary level.
• - Support for Local Management:
• Work closely with local management teams to support financial decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance on financial matters.
• - Oversee tax filing:
• Review the Zakat computation and filing process
• Review the VAT and Withholding Tax computation and filing process
