Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analysis processes.
  • Monitor revenue, gross margins, food cost %, labor cost %, and outlet-wise profitability.
  • Implement recipe costing, menu engineering, and operational cost-control measures.
  • Oversee accurate daily accounting, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA regulations, and internal financial controls.
  • Manage cash flow, payments, collections, and supplier credit terms.
  • Supervise inventory audits, wastage control, procurement pricing, and stock accuracy.
  • Support operations in pricing decisions, promotions, and performance reviews.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, POS ERP integrations, and reporting automation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team (currently 4 staff).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.

Minimum 7 years experience, including strong> at least 2 years in F&B or hospitality finance./strong>

Strong expertise in strong>cost control, food cost analysis, and financial reporting/strong>.

Experience working with POS systems, inventory management tools, and ERP platforms.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations teams.

strong>Willingness to be based in Riyadh is essential./strong>
