Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professionally aware Finance Head / Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s financial operations within our company in the Automobile Industry

This role goes beyond accounting — it requires someone who can ensure regulatory compliance, build financial structures, support investment decisions, manage banking relationships, and provide strategic financial visibility to management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Lead and manage the finance function of the company

• Build, organize, and supervise the finance team

• Establish financial processes, controls, and reporting systems

• Support management in financial planning and decision-making

UAE VAT, Corporate Tax & Banking

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

• Oversee tax filings, documentation, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors

• Manage banking relationships including:

  • Account structuring

  • Facility coordination

  • Trade finance requirements

  • Payment flows and liquidity positioning

• Liaise with financial institutions, tax advisors, and regulators

Strategic Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial statements and management reports

• Generate reports that support:

  • Investment decisions

  • Capital allocation

  • Growth planning

• Develop forecasts covering:

  • Cash flow

  • Expansion feasibility

  • Inventory investment strategy

Provide management with insights on where and when to deploy capital.

Automobile Costing & Profitability

Develop and manage vehicle-level financial analysis including:

• Cost per vehicle

• Landed costs (purchase, logistics, duties)

• Reconditioning & maintenance costs

• Storage and operational expenses

• Selling-related costs

Conduct:

• Margin analysis per vehicle

• Inventory profitability tracking

• Holding cost impact

• Financial evaluation before major purchases

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitor financial performance vs projections

• Support growth and capital deployment planning
