Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency across multiple business units.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to ensure organizational stability.
  • Coordinate and supervise internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multi-business or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience in managing budgeting processes, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic work environment.
