A leading retail company is seeking to hire an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in both financial management and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports. • Supervise the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate entries and bank reconciliations. • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency. • Coordinate with sales and inventory departments to ensure profitability and pricing accuracy. • Track branch performance and analyze key financial ratios and cost structures. • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and comparative financial analyses. • Participate in operational decision-making related to branches, stock, and promotions. • Manage external audits and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and relevant government entities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are a plus). • Minimum of 7 years of financial experience, including at least 3 years in retail. • Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.). • Solid understanding of day-to-day retail operations (POS systems, inventory, billing, promotions). • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
