Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing financial records, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling both finance-related tasks and office administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, invoices, and payroll documentation.
Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Handle office administration, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
Coordinate with external partners.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist management with administrative and financial tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in finance, accounting, or office administration.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required. English is a plus.
