Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports that reflect the organization's financial performance and compliance.
  • Manage budgeting processes by collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to internal controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for advanced positions.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable, demonstrating commitment and expertise in finance.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a corporate setting.
