Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process/Operational

· Monthly meeting/interaction with salesman for resolution of any open issues with Nil open items at month end.

· Reconciliation of customer accounts on a routine basis to avoid any discrepancies in liaison with sales team.

· Ensuring that all the receipts are booked properly and any issues in the allocation of receipts to be addressed with relevant salesman/supervisor.

· Checking and highlighting if any receipts is missing from the range assigned of respective salesman and take up the matter with concerned person in finance and sales.

· Updation of Credit insurance limit renewal/addition after approval

· Updation of rebate agreements in SAP and its monthly reconciliation.

· Preparation of monthly rebate schedule

· Posting of Sales return entry with proper checking of supporting documents

· Proper filing of relevant documents and its upkeep

· Ensuring allocations of Open Advances & GRV at month end

· Preparation of capex Tracker and WIP schedule

· Preparation of capital Commitments report as per IFRS

· Timely and accurate capitalization/retirement of assets basis approved documents

· Proper Filing of relevant documents and its upkeep

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

· Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent

· 5-7 years of experience in Accounts and finance

Specific Knowledge

· Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel

· Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is added advantage
