Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ERP Management & Support: • Oversee daily ERP system operations, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. • Provide first-level support, troubleshooting issues, and managing user access/permissions. • Coordinate ERP updates, new module implementations, and system upgrades. • Serve as a liaison between Finance, Operations, and IT teams for system requirements. Financial Coordination: • Manage financial data within the ERP, ensuring accurate recording of expenses/revenues. • Develop and run financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards. • Prepare and check financial reports to match it with operational modules of ERP. Operational Coordination: • Maintain data standards, manage workflows (e.g., inventory, job costing). • Coordinate operational tasks like order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics within the ERP. • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial and operational processes. • Liaison with Operations to smoothen the process and ensure controls are improved. Project & Data Management: • Assist project managers in ERP-related initiatives, tracking milestones. • Create and maintain system documentation, reports, and dashboards. • Analyze data to identify process improvements and support decision-making. • Raise service and tickets for any ERP related issues and provide report to Management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications • Technical Skills: Proficiency in specific ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), database management, and reporting tools. • MS Office (Excel) – advance knowledge is a MUST. • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Finance, Semi- Qualified
