Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversees the company s overall operational performance with a primary focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management. This role ensures that production, innovation, and financial processes run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with the company s strategic goals and food industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Strategic Management
- Oversee daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth, efficient production and delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity, cost control, and profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between production, finance, R&D, and supply chain teams.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate costing, inventory valuation, and financial compliance.
- Supply Chain Management
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Optimize supply chain operations to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve lead times.
- Ensure adequate raw material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all operational processes adhere to local and international food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product consistency and safety standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to operations, finance, and production.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and mentor department managers and their teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 12 years of experience in Finance operations management
Strong knowledge of financial management, supply chain processes, and R&D operations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and production standards.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
