Serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial and Operations leadership, delivering actionable financial insights that drive business performance and growth.

• Interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing foresight to support informed decision-making at the executive level.

• Translate financial analysis into clear recommendations that influence strategy, commercial initiatives, and operational execution.

• Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate evolving needs, embedding finance processes, controls, and workflows that strengthen commercial and operational effectiveness.

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic financial dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights for leadership and key stakeholders.

• Partner closely with Commercial and Operations teams to monitor KPIs, evaluate business performance, and drive data-informed strategic initiatives.

• Lead financial discussions with senior leadership, challenging assumptions where appropriate and shaping the company s operational and commercial direction.

• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices across business functions.

• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, financial planning enhancements, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.

• Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
