Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate investments, projects, and business performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting techniques.
  • Has experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing, healthcare, or technology, offering industry-specific insights.
