Your Role Capgemini is seeking a visionary and accomplished Senior Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a strategic transformation initiative. You will work closely with the CFO and senior executives to redefine finance strategies, implement cutting-edge systems, and enhance performance across reporting, planning, sustainability, and analytics. This is an on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, offering the chance to contribute to a high-impact, world-class transformation. Strategic Finance Advisory Partner with the CFO to develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap. Lead initiatives to optimize and standardize financial reporting, planning, and consolidation. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and cost efficiency. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and the board. Systems Implementation & Business Intelligence (BI) Oversee implementation of finance systems (e.g., SAP BW, Azure Databricks, PowerBI). Develop scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks for decision-making. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across BI platforms. Collaborate with IT and BI teams to enable self-service analytics and future-ready solutions. Financial Reporting & Compliance Manage financial reporting with accuracy and compliance to IFRS and US GAAP. Lead sustainability and carbon emissions reporting aligned with ESG standards. Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes. Stay ahead of evolving reporting requirements and ensure compliance. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Build and maintain integrated planning models for forecasting and risk analysis. Align financial planning with strategic and operational goals. Promote advanced planning tools, including predictive analytics and AI. Facilitate performance reviews and strategic adjustments. Taxation & Regulatory Oversight Provide expertise in global and regional taxation, including transfer pricing and compliance. Monitor regulatory changes in the Middle East and globally. Advise on tax strategies and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal teams. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Foster collaboration across operations, IT, sustainability, and external advisors. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management. Lead and mentor finance and BI teams, promoting innovation and excellence. Lead and mentor finance and BI teams, promoting innovation and excellence. Your Skills and Experience Extensive experience in finance, reporting, and BI, with senior advisory roles to CFOs. Proven success in leading large-scale finance transformations, especially in manufacturing, mining, or metals. Advanced skills in SAP BW, Azure Databricks, and PowerBI. Deep knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, IBP, and ESG frameworks. Strong project management and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with board-level presentation experience. Understanding of mining and metals industry trends and challenges. Experience with carbon accounting and sustainability disclosures. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and emerging finance technologies. Knowledge of UAE & Saudi Arabia tax and regulatory environments. Experience in multinational settings and cross-border finance operations. Advanced degree in finance or related field; certifications like CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA preferred.
