Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
  • Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders for financial reporting and reviews.
  • Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and financial KPIs to support business growth.
  • Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen financial governance.
  • Generate ad-hoc financial reports and insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
  • 3 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
