Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties:
- Responsible for bookkeeping and financial entries
- Prepare contracts and process invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Bank reconciliations and petty cash handling
- Maintain and update inventory records (scrap material)
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors or accounting firms as needed
- coordinate with Banks
- Prepare documents for Letter of credit
- Coordinate with Buyers and suppliers for payment and receivables.
- Prepare different MIS for Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Chartered Accountant or MBA
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting will be added advantage
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Knowledge of UAE statutory filing and compliance is added advantage
- Strong communication skills (English required; other languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in the scrap/trading industry is an added advantage
- Energetic and ready to work in challenging environment
