Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting:

Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements.

Maintain the integrity of the general ledger across all group entities.

Lead month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Audit & Compliance:

Serve as the main liaison for internal and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.

Identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions with stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial record-keeping.

Tax Compliance & Planning:

Oversee corporate income tax, withholding tax, and contract registration compliance.

Stay ahead of tax regulation changes and support strategic tax planning.

Manage relationships with external tax advisers and regulatory authorities.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

Evaluate and enhance accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

Drive workflow standardization and automation, leveraging ERP systems.

Conduct regular control testing to identify gaps and implement long-term improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA certification.

Minimum 5 years of audit experience at a Big Five firm.

7 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

Proficient in Excel and major ERPs (SAP/Oracle).

Solid knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.

Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master s preferred).
