Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive and professional financial feasibility studies for potential investments and new projects.

Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to support investment evaluation and decision-making.

Develop and build advanced Excel-based financial models to forecast project returns, cash flows, and risks.

Apply project and investment valuation techniques such as:
NPV, IRR, Payback Period, Sensitivity & Scenario Analysis.

Prepare professional feasibility study and investment evaluation reports suitable for executive and senior management review.

Present financial analysis results and investment recommendations clearly and professionally to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and validate financial and operational assumptions.

Assess the financial viability of new projects, expansions, mergers, and acquisitions.

Monitor ongoing investments and provide periodic performance analysis and improvement recommendations.

Support financial due diligence activities through the analysis of financial statements and business plans.

Identify, analyze, and communicate key financial risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in investment evaluation and feasibility analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment evaluation.
- Proven experience in preparing professional feasibility studies and Excel-based financial models.
- Strong background in project and investment valuation (NPV, IRR, Payback Period, sensitivity and scenario analysis).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Ability to prepare clear and professional feasibility study reports and investment presentations.
- Experience in preparing investment proposals and business cases.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CFA Level I (completed or in progress) or CMA Part I (completed or in progress).
