Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business planning and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in financial projections.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and best practices in financial analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 4 years in corporate finance, transaction advisory, equity research, or FP&A at a reputable firm.
  • CFA Level 2 (minimum of CFA1); accounting or valuation certificates a plus.
  • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
  • Strong English; Arabic fluency preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience preparing financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • High ownership, deadline discipline, and stakeholder communication.
