What Youll Do:

• Support the regional team with the preparation and consolidation of routine reporting: weekly sales monthly CDRs, quarterly RLBE / RLBEC , and annual budget planning for income statement, balance sheet, risks/opportunities, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, and on time.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly financial KPIs such as forecast accuracy, cash conversion cycle, DOH, DSO. Monitor and work with countries on managing overdues.
• Work with other functions for ad-hoc requests such as transfer price changes, treasury updates, and special projects.
• Abide by local policies and procedures for all financial spend approvals.
• Enhance the support from region to countries on dashboards, systems, and FP&A processes. Continuously coach, train, and provide feedback to country teams to on expected standards and timelines. Effectively manage communication with the countries and understand cultural differences in the affiliates to ensure alignment with Area, Division and Corporate expectations.
• Prepare presentations to support various business cases aligned with regional business dynamics; and support the commercial team with all necessary analytics.
• Identify opportunities to develop tools through Copilot that will assist in increasing work efficiency and promoting standardized processes.
