Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a real estate developer in Dubai, seeking a sharp and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in helping develop financial strategy, investment decisions, and project feasibility.

  • Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, project feasibility, and the evaluation of new investments (including land acquisitions and joint ventures).

  • Manage the financial forecasting and budgeting processes, preparing accurate project budgets, long-range forecasts, and cash flow projections aligned with organizational goals.

  • Analyze financial performance metrics, monitor project KPIs against budgets, and provide actionable insights to senior management on variances and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports that effectively communicate findings, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Support the fundraising, due diligence, and valuation processes for development projects.

  • Stay informed on market trends, property valuations, and the dynamics of the Dubai real estate market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential to ensure foundational knowledge.

  • Knowledge of the real estate field

  • A minimum of 4-10 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or a similar role is preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly desirable and demonstrate commitment to the field.

  • Experience in the finance sector, especially within investment banking or corporate finance, is a significant advantage.
