Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making at operational and executive levels.
3. Perform variance analysis and generate management reports to support decision making
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business plans and objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal policies and regulatory obligations.
6. Evaluate project and investment proposals to assess financial viability and risks.
7. Monitor key financial and operational metrics to provide timely insights to stakeholders.
8. Support audits and compliance activities by preparing required financial documentation.
9. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and project teams to integrate financial analysis into business planning.
10. Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. Professional Qualification (ACCA, CA, CFA or similar is a must)
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or reporting roles.
2. Minimum 2 years in SAP as super user
1. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and SAP ERP tool is a must
3. Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
7. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
8. Minning industry experience is a must
