Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to support business growth initiatives and lead financial analysis projects. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a background in finance, looking to grow their career in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor data to inform business strategies.
  • Support client teams in financial planning and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Banking sector is additional
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling tools).
  • Previous experience at a recognized consulting firm (e.g., Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)

Desired Candidate Profile
