Job Title: Financial Analyst - UAE National

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Level: Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Financial Reporting: Collaborate with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and provide assistance with the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
  • Technical Accounting & IFRS Support: Research and support the implementation of IFRS and other technical accounting standards. Assist with IFRS conversions and provide guidance on accounting treatments.
  • Project Management & Audit Support: Assist in the management of day-to-day activities for client projects, including preparing financial reports, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Support clients in preparing for audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare high-quality reports and presentations to support decision-making and client communications.
  • Research & Compliance: Conduct research on emerging accounting standards and financial regulations to provide actionable insights for clients. Support compliance assessments and ensure clients adhere to financial regulations.
  • Continuous Learning & Team Collaboration: Engage in internal training and development sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and technical standards. Work closely with senior consultants and team members to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing CFA or relevant certifications preferred
  • UAE national with a family book.
  • Minimum GPA 2.8 required.
  • Strong commitment to ethical conduct, KPMG s Core Values, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
