Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth audits across financial, operational, and regulatory frameworks to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive audit findings, recommendations, and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to audit standards and practices.
- Manage specific audit projects or areas, coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Work closely with various departments to understand processes and identify potential risks and inefficiencies.
- Recommend enhancements to internal controls and processes based on audit observations and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 - 9 years of experience in financial auditing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
