Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis by scrutinizing financial statements, market trends, and economic data to drive investment decisions.
  • Develop complex financial models to forecast company performance, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that translate financial data into actionable insights, aiding portfolio managers and clients in strategic planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate sector-specific trends and financial news to provide timely recommendations and updates to the investment team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders and portfolio managers, to align research findings with investment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced software tools and databases to gather, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for informed decision-making.
  • Present research findings and investment ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and portfolio management strategies, showcasing industry expertise.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, coupled with experience in using Excel and financial software.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions efficiently and effectively.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or research, ideally within investment firms or banks.
