Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights for investment decisions.
• Develop financial models to assess project feasibility and profitability.
• Manage financial risks, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet expected returns.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to align financial goals with project timelines.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence for potential real estate investments.
• Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and profitability of ongoing projects.
• Advise on financing strategies, including funding options and debt management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate finance or banking (experience in real estate development a plus).
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, risk assessment, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with real estate developers or in banking related to real estate transactions.
• Certification in real estate finance (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
