This is a key role for a finance professional with strong experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, project accounting, cost control, financial reporting, treasury, and governance. The successful candidate will oversee accounting, reporting, internal controls, budgeting, working capital, and project-level financial performance, while supporting multi-country operations, particularly across African markets.

The Financial Controller will work closely with senior management, project teams, procurement, commercial, and operations teams to strengthen financial visibility, improve cost discipline, manage risks, and support sustainable project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting inputs for group finance. The role will also oversee EPC project accounting, including revenue and cost recognition, work-in-progress, variations, claims, retention, project budgets, and margin performance.
• The selected candidate will lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, manage cash flow projections, support treasury and working capital oversight, monitor receivables and payables cycles, and control project financing instruments such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, performance bonds, and advance payment guarantees.
• In addition, the role will ensure compliance with Lebanese tax, VAT, and statutory requirements, coordinate with auditors and advisors, strengthen internal controls, enhance ERP utilization, and lead the finance and accounting team toward higher accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
