Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
* Monitor financial performance and profitability across business operations.
* Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies.
* Oversee financial reporting, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
* Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
* Lead and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Min 15 years of relevant finance experience.
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
* Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting.
* Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Keyloop.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
