With personalized insights, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of international market trends, we help candidates to be positioned for success in roles that truly align with their skills and aspirations.The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the full financial management function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAE regulations.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements in the UAE.Supervise and guide the finance team in day-to-day operations.Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.Provide financial insights and strategic support to senior management and project teams.Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.Ideal ProfileBachelor s or Master s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management, or related sectors.Strong knowledge of international UAE financial standards and regulations.Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on and proactive approach to financial management.Kindly apply in EnglishWhat's on Offer?Opportunity to make a positive impact
